A healthy diet alone however is inadequate to ensure a healthy body as physical activity helps to keep one in shape and free of sickness and disease.Good Health starts from the very infancy. It is here that protection and care is needed, so that each organ functions well, each organ develops naturally, and there are no deformities, disabilities and diseases but often the health of children remain neglected, with the result that they grow unhealthily and that affects their education as well.
A good wealth of health can be obtained in a number of ways. It needs regular exercise, good food, good thoughts, and cleanliness. A healthy person does not spend money on medicines and visiting doctors. Just opposite, a sluggish person is another form of hell of diseases.But a poor man with good health lives a better life. He has all the pleasures. He can eat whatever he likes. Thus a poor man with good health has a more enjoying life than a rich but sick man.
Besides the factors that a person can control in their life to make it good, there are also many things in play that one cannot control such as health. Being healthy can be considered one of the most valuable aspects of a person’s life.
